As digitalisation accelerates processes, the complexity of tasks is also increasing rapidly. Requirements are becoming more demanding and workloads are increasing. At the same time, optimum performance is expected. The result is increasing pressure and a lack of time. A lack of structure in everyday life and a lack of self-organisation hinder the workflow and lead to a drop in performance.
Coping with the workload leads to unnecessary overtime, which can contribute to the risk of burnout. The e-learning course offers an optimal guide with techniques, methods and tools for time management that can be used directly in practice. The main objective is to achieve goals without stress and to work at a high level of performance through independent, effective and efficient working methods.

Goals and benefits
